03.09.2010 - Student of class-X visited City Centre on 3rd of September: Students of Class X of Salt Lake Shiksha Niketan visited City Centre on 3rd of September and donated more than 1000 books to the Aviva great Wall.They were accompanied by Ms M.Chowdhury, Ms Nandita Goswami and Ms Kuheli Dutta can now be seen in our image gallery.
22.08.2010 - The All India School Karate -Do Championship: The All India School Karate -Do Championship-2010 was held at the Netaji Indoor stadium on 22nd August. The school bagged 1 Gold, 1 silver and 1 Bronze Medals. The pictures of The All India School Karate -Do Championship-2010 can now be seen in our image gallery.
29.06.2010 - Inter Class Elocution Competition: Inter Class Elocution Competition of classes LKG, UKG & I was held on 29th & 30th June 2010. The students were awarded with prizes, gifts and certificates by Ms. U. Subba ( Principal ). The pictures of the Inter Class Elocution Competition, 2010 can now be seen in our image gallery.
20.04.2010 - 6th Foundation Day: The 6th Foundation day of Salt Lake Shiksha Niketan was held on 20th April'10. The lamp was lighted by the Chairman.
Yoga Workshop: A yoga workshop was conducted by Swami Maheshananda from the Munger Bihar School of yoga.
26.01.2010 - Republic Day: Republic day was celebrated in our school with a march past by the four huses and the hoisting of the tri colour by the chief guest Mr. B. Seksaria.
